Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations

Request cancellation for subscription services via email to sales@anisolutions.com  Please note the product, subscription, account and reason for cancellation.  Once information is positively confirmed via a follow up confirmation email, the cancellation must be acknowledged by authorized requestor of the customer. Existing subscriptions will not renew, but will remain active until the end of the subscription period.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided.  Subscriptions that are paid for will remain active and available until the end of the subscription period.
