- Trademarks & Service Marks
The following names, marks, and brand identities are trademarks or service marks of A&I Solutions, Inc.:
- ScoutITAi™
- AI²™ (Agentic Integrity Index)
- RPI™ (Reliability Path Index)
- Agentic Army™
- Promise Theory for Autonomous Agents™
Additional trademarks include names, voices, behaviors, personality styles, themes, and visual depictions of enterprise-grade ScoutITAi agents.
Use of A&I Solutions trademarks without written authorization is prohibited and may constitute infringement and unfair competition.
- Proprietary Agent Personas & Family Series Marks
ScoutITAi’s agents — including their names, lore, design identities, graphical representations, and textual personalities — are protected under a family series trademark structure and additional IP filings.
This applies to all past, present, and future members of the ScoutITAi agent family, whether or not individually listed publicly.
No third party may:
- Create derivative agents
- Replicate the personality, naming conventions, or artistic depictions
- Use similar agent branding that may cause confusion
- Reskin or white-label ScoutITAi agents without written authorization
- Trade Secrets
The following categories are protected as trade secrets under applicable U.S. and international law:
- The logic, mathematics, and factors used in the AI² scoring system
- The formulas and heuristics used in the RPI scoring model
- Internal reasoning workflows and multi-agent decision orchestration
- Reinforcement, resurrection, and disciplinary controls between agents
- Configuration metadata, prompts, instructions, and agent lineage logic
Reverse engineering or attempting to recreate these systems from observed output is strictly prohibited.
- Copyright
All narratives, training materials, specifications, presentations, screenshots, UI mockups, reports, documentation, and illustrations related to ScoutITAi — whether printed, digital, spoken, video, or visual — are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.
No portion may be copied or reused without explicit permission.
- Patents
ScoutITAi technology is protected by one or more U.S. patent filings.

Additional filings may exist that are not publicly disclosed.
- Permitted Use
You may:
- View and share publicly published marketing materials without modification
- Reference ScoutITAi in reviews, academic material, and media coverage
- Use screenshots only when unmodified and attributed to A&I Solutions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or modify ScoutITAi content
- Use or recreate agent personas, names, appearance, or scoring systems
- Create derivative or competing technologies based on ScoutITAi internals
- Incorporate ScoutITAi technologies in other products without written consent
- Partner Use
Authorized partners (including AWS, SI/VAR partners, OEM distributors, and affiliate licensors) may use approved brand and product assets only according to written agreements on file.
Any use of assets outside the scope of partnership agreements violates this policy and may result in immediate termination of all licenses and privileges.
- Reporting Violations
Suspected misuse of ScoutITAi intellectual property can be reported to: [email protected].
A&I Solutions responds to all infringement reports and reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies.
- Reservation of Rights
A&I Solutions reserves all intellectual property rights not expressly granted in writing.
No waiver of rights may be inferred from lack of enforcement.
